Kingdoms of unknown age changes the grand campaign to have 21 factions at the beginning of the campaign, the complete campaign map settlements have been given to 21 factions. - All factions are playable with the condition, that one has the cultures pack dlc:s for corresponding factions, please read further. (This mod doesn't use the DLC, Empires of Sand cultures pack factions) - Without any of the cultures pack dlc:s there are 12 vanilla factions playable, so the mod works still, if you haven't got the cultures packs. The cultures packs only bring additional factions to play with this mod, like in the vanilla campaign. - The starting gold has been set to 60000, for building settlements and recruiting, there are no troops or settlement buildings in general set at the start, except main buildings and ports, so one can choose what one wants to build at start. - The names of the starting factions have been changed to imaginary ones.
